Terms & Conditions


Orders may be made online, emailed, mailed, or phoned in. If not ordering online, please state the product's common name, order code, and quantity. Send your orders to:

If we are not there, please leave us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We are a small operation, and we may be out tending the herbs, or packaging.

It is our goal to ship each order within 1 Business day if the item is in stock. Exceptions to this include orders placed on Friday through Sunday, orders placed prior to and during major US holidays, or during unusual inclement weather.


Prepayment is required by credit card online, check, money order, or Paypal. Overdue accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on the overdue balance. Returned checks will incur a $35 service charge. Please make checks out to: Elderberry Herb Farm, LLC

You can pay with Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or your bank account via PayPal by emailing your order and we will email you a Paypal invoice. Full instructions will be provided if you decide to pay this way.


All orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS ground at actual cost. Local delivery may be arranged.


It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the items we provide to you, and that your experience with our business is a pleasant one.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, it may be returned for replacement, credit on your account, or full refund.


Any shipping errors or damage in shipping must be reported within 3 business days.

For a return or for cancellation of an order already shipped, you must first receive pre-authorization before sending the order back. For pre-authorization, contact us at customerservice@elderberryherbfarm.com, or call us at 518-284-3727.

Shipping and insurance for authorized returns of goods for any reason other than shipping error, product defects, or damage during original shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

We regret that customized products are not returnable unless there is a defect or damage, thank you for your understanding.


ELDERBERRY HERB FARM, LLC has prepared this Sales Tax Policy to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

ELDERBERRY HERB FARM, LLC COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including New York.

ELDERBERRY HERB FARM, LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any other states because Elderberry Herb Farm, LLC is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states. Your state may require purchasers to report all purchases that are not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.

FOR OUR TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: ELDERBERRY HERB FARM, LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file, or you are shipping your order to a state that does not collect state or local sales or use tax.

Label designs created for custom orders are the property of Elderberry Herb Farm, LLC excluding any custom Logo or artwork provided by a customer that may be incorporated into the label for customization.

You may not Modify, Copy, Reproduce, Republish or distribute the label designs or contents of this site.
